Refund and Returns Timeframe
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Certain health and personal care items.
Return Requirements
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@calmgastro.com and send your item to:

Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
